Gorgeous berry harmony with strawberries and raspberries

Shortcake made with fresh cream and strawberry cream and finished in a square shape. Between the strawberry cream sandwiched between the sponge, strawberries cut into large pieces and shallow compote are sandwiched so that they retain their texture.

Low sugar finish with alulose

The sweetener is Amami-chan, which is made from non-habit-forming lahan fruit, and alulose, which can suppress the rise in blood sugar levels. Sugar content is 56.8g per bottle and approximately 11.3g per cut. The natural sweetness and tartness of the cream will spread in your mouth. This is a gorgeous looking dish that will add color to Christmas.

Achieves a fluffy and light texture

The berry shortcake is made with pure fresh cream. The sponge is a gluten-free dough made of soy flour, almond powder, and rice flour instead of wheat flour, resulting in a fluffy sponge batter. It is a berry shortcake that is light to the last bite.

Christmas ornaments (cake decorations) are provided separately. Please decorate after thawing. Please note that the ornament design is subject to change.
