This Christmas cake is decorated with chocolate cream and glasage. The inside is filled with cream sandwiched between raspberries and blackcurrants. The taste and acidity of raspberries and blackcurrants go very well with chocolate, making it so that the sweetness of the chocolate does not get boring.

No need to worry about blood glucose levels due to the alulose formula.

The sweetener used is Amami-chan, which is made from unctuous lohan fruit, and alulose, which can suppress the rise in blood sugar levels, making this Christmas cake satisfying even for those on a sugar restriction diet. Sugar content is 54.6g per piece and approximately 10.9g per cut. You can enjoy a rich flavor while reducing excess sugar.
